Calcium Nitrate is used in many fields:
1. Fertilizer materials
2. Wastewater treatment: Calcium nitrate is used in wastewater before operation to prevent the generation of odors
3. Calcium nitrate is used in concrete additive accelerator: Calcium ions accelerate the formation of calcium hydroxide and therefore precipitation and setting.
4. Use cooling in a cool room
5. Calcium Nitrate with Potassium and Sodium Nitrate is used to absorb and store energy in solar power plants.
